Ingredients
• 2 Tbsps oil
• 1 onion (diced)
• 1 kilogram mince (beef, veal, lamb)
• ½ cup capsicum (finely diced)
• ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 Tbsps tomato paste
• Crumbed beef stock cube
• ½ cup water
• Dash Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup light cheese (grated)
• Black pepper and salt to taste
• Chopped parsley
Method
- Heat oil in pan, add onions and mince, brown well.
- Add rest of ingredients, stirring well, cook 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
