Ingredients
- 200g watermelon
- 200g honeydew
- 200g rockmelon
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp runny honey
Method
- Scoop the melons using a melon baller
- In a blender or food processer combine chopped mint, basil, lemon juice and honey, puree until smooth
- Skewer melon balls and mint leaves and arrange on a platter
- Drizzle with dressing and serve
