Ingredients
- 2 fennel bulbs (stalks cut off), cut in quarters lengthwise into 1-inch thick pieces
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 deg C .
- Rub olive oil over fennel and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
- Lay pieces on a lined baking dish and roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until fennel is cooked through and beginning to caramelize.
