Ingredients
• 12 lamb cutlets
• 2 tsps ground cumin
• 2 tsps ground coriander
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp ground oregano
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp ground garlic clove
• 2 Tbsps olive oil
Methods
- Combine all spices and oil and place all ingredients into a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Cook lamb in batches on heated, oiled grill plate or barbecue until browned and cooked as desired.
