Ingredients
• Chicken breast (cut into 2cm cubes)
• 1 onion (quartered)
• 1 red capsicum (cut into cubes)
• 1 zucchini (cut into cubes)
• Soy sauce
• ¼ cup oil
Method
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers (skewer can be pre-soaked in water to prevent burning).
- Grill or BBQ, basting with sauce and oil.
- Turn frequently to coat with sauce.
