Ingredients
• White fleshed fish, 1 serve, approximately 100 gms
• 1 tsp powdered ginger
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp lemon/lime juice
• Cracked black pepper
Method
Sauce – Combine ginger, juice, parsley and pepper.
- Butter or spray a sheet of foil big enough to wrap fish into a parcel.
- Place fillet on foil and fold. Before sealing foil pour over fish prepared sauce.
- Place sealed foil package onto baking tray and cook in preheated oven 100ºC approximately 10 minutes.
