Ingredients
•1kg skinless chicken breasts, halved
• 1½ cups plain non-fat yoghurt
• 2 tsps cayenne pepper
• 2 tsps minced ginger
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsps cumin
• 2 tsps mustard seeds
• 1 tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp allspice
Method
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2
hours or up to 48 hours. - Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
