Ingredients
- 6 veal cutlets (approx. 150-200 gms each)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup parmesan
- cheese (grated)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Method
- To make schnitzel coating, mix cheese, sesame seeds, garlic powder and oregano into a shallow dish.
- Dip cutlets into seed mixture, then into beaten egg, then back into mixture, making sure veal is coated.
- Heat oil in pan. Cook veal for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
