Beef Burger with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 750g lean beef mince
  • 3 Tbsps (chopped) parsley
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsps mustard
  • 4 tsps mayonnaise (egg-based)
  • 100g blue cheese (finely crumbled)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Blend together mince, parsley, egg yolks, salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into burger sized patties.
  3. Spray non-stick pan with oil. Cook burgers until browned and cooked through.
    Sauce:
  4. Mix together mustard and mayonnaise then fold through cheese.
  5. Serve burger with green salad and blue cheese dressing.
