Ingredients
• 1kg beef mince
• 1 cup beef bouillon
• 1 egg (beaten)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• 2 Tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients except bouillon.
- Slowly add bouillon and then shape into hamburger patties.
- May be pan-fried or grilled.
