Ingredients
• 500 gms chicken mince
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 zucchini (grated)
• 1 small red capsicum (finely chopped)
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• Olive oil
Method
- Combine first 9 ingredients thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into 12 patties.
- Pour oil into heated pan. Place patties on pan and turn after 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat. Serve with tossed salad.
