Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsps soy flour
- 3 Tbsps butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil spray
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spray a non stick frying pan with oil. Heat pan until very hot.
- Drop Tbsps of batter into pan. Brown pancakes on both sides.
- Serve hot.
