Ingredients
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 carrot
- toothpicks
Method
- Halve the cherry tomatoes
- Cut the cucumber, and carrot into rounds 1/2 cm thick
- Cut the capsicum into 3cm square size pieces.
- Skewer the veggies onto toothpicks in order
- Refrigerate until serving.
