- 16 sticks asparagus
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut asparagus into 2cm pieces.
- Meltbutter in pan.
- Add asparagus and cook on medium heat until heated through.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper and pour into pan.
- Cover and cook until eggs are set.
- Remove and place on platter, garnishing with paprika.
