INGREDIENTS & METHOD

Ingredients

  • 1kg beef mince
  • Dash Tabasco Sauce
  • 6 Tbsps dry red wine
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  2. Place in greased loaf pan and bake in preheated hot oven for approximately 1 hour.
