Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • Cooking oil spray
  • Herbs, salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to make long thin strips of carrot.
  2. Lay on an oven tray and put into a oven preheated to 160 degrees.
  3. Cook for 30 mins turning often.
  4. Spray lightly with cooking oil and cook at 180 degrees for another 5 to 10 mins or until crispy
