• 1 kilogram white fish fillets
• Juice of 1 large lemon
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsps curry powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash and dry fish fillets and cut into required sized pieces.
- Sprinkle both sides with lemon juice, salt and pepper then place in dish with remaining lemon juice.
- Allow to stand 5 minutes then sprinkle with curry powder and turmeric.
- Coat fish with mixture then remove and deep fry in hot oil for a few minutes until cooked.
