• 4 fillet mignon steaks
• 2 tsps olive oil
• Salt to taste
• 5 Tbsps coarsely cracked black peppercorns
- Rub each steak with some of the oil.
- Place peppercorns on a plate and press steaks into the peppercorns to coat.
- On a medium grill place the fillets, turning once according to how well done you desire the meat. A good guide is 10 minutes for rare; 15 minutes for medium and 18 minutes for well done.
