• 2 eggs
• 3 bacon rashers
• 2 slices tomato (thin)
• ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 Tbsps butter
• Oil spray
- Spray hot frying pan with oil. Break eggs into pan and cook to desired consistency (hard or soft
centres). Remove eggs from pan and keep hot.
- Place butter in pan and fry bacon. Cook 1-2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and tomato to pan and cook until mushrooms are soft and tomato brown.
- Place eggs and contents of pan onto serving dish and serve immediately.
