Ingredients

  • 60g plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 4 walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 small apple sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded or hand torn
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Whisk yoghurt, lemon juice salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in apple, celery and walnuts.
  3. Serve on bed of lettuce.
