Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves (approx. 150-200 gms each)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 shallots (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup low-fat low-sodium
  • chicken broth
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • 2 tsps honey

 

Method

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
  3. Grill chicken both sides. Cook until no trace of pink remains.
