- 750 gms chicken tenderloin
- 1 tsp oil
- 1½ tsps Chinese five
- spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- Combine chicken, oil, five spice powder and garlic in a bowl – let stand for ½ hour.
- Cook chicken in batches on heated and oiled grill plate or barbecue until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with salad or vegetables.
