- 500g frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ Tbsp minced oregano
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ Tbsp minced basil
- Steam vegetables in broth until tender.
- Remove vegetables and reduce the liquid in pan to 2 Tbsps.
- Add the butter, minced basil and oregano and lemon pepper.
- Drizzle over vegetables and serve with your choice of meat.
