- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 carrot shredded or julienned
- Sweetener (sugar substitute) to taste
- Tbsp dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soak shredded cabbage in iced water for 20 minutes.
- Drain well and pat dry.
- Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. YUM!
