Sweet & Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium onion grated
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp celery seed
  • 1 carrot shredded or julienned
  • Sweetener (sugar substitute) to taste
  • Tbsp dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Soak shredded cabbage in iced water for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain well and pat dry.
  3. Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well. YUM!
