- Busy Hands – take up a hobby like knitting or needlework that keeps your hands occupied. Or try drawing or doodling.
- Chew gum – keep your mouth busy and minty fresh and keep the snacks out!
- Lie down – grab a pillow or bean bag and recline on the floor, this makes it more difficult to snack.
- Work out – do sit ups, push ups, jump rope or jump on the spot. Not only will you burn calories but you won’t have time to snack.
