Ingredients

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • toothpicks

 

Method

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes
  2. Cut the cucumber, and carrot into rounds 1/2 cm thick
  3. Cut the capsicum into 3cm square size pieces.
  4. Skewer the veggies onto toothpicks in order
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
